HOW TO PURCHASE
You don't need to register at UNVAGUE.IT to make a purchase.
Registering gives you access to special offers created for you.
Information on products
Each product information sheet contains the available size (if indicated on the label)
and suggested fit for the particular garment, according to desired effect.
Click on the product image to enlarge it and view all details.
How to order
To purchase a product on UNVAGUE.IT:
1) click on the product and go to the product information sheet
2) add the product to the cart
3) once you have completed the shopping session, click on the cart icon
4) enter your personal data, date and place of birth for non-EU customers, along with shipment and payment data
5) select one of the payment options
6) check that entered information is correct and click on "Buy".
In a few minutes you'll receive a confirmation email containing the details of your order.
Our warehouse will take care of everything as of now; as soon as the order is shipped
you will receive an email from the courier containing a shipment tracking link.
PROMOTIONAL CODES
UNVAGUE.IT promotional codes give you access to exclusive promotions and initiatives.
To receive Promotional Codes you must sign up for the Newsletter. When you reach the cart summary*,
click on "Apply promotional code". Enter the code in the specific field in the cart to use a promotion,
then click on "APPLY". If the code is invalid, check the validity dates and applicable categories in the newsletter.
Continuous items and garments already on sale are excluded from promotions.
*Only one gift voucher or promotional code can be redeemed per purchase.

Purchasing items
Signs of wear and time may be present on vintage and second-hand garments
and accessories for sale in the online store of the website. Almost all items are pre-owned,
indeed each garment or accessory is a unique piece, without other size, colour or material options.
Thoroughly check the characteristics of products you are interested in by reading
the product information sheet before confirming your purchase.
Prices and payment methods
Check the price of each item on the website before confirming your purchase.
Purchases can be made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, CartaSì,
American Express or JCB circuits), Paypal and Paypal Express.
Customer Service
Get in touch with our customer service to receive assistance or information on products,
orders, shipments, sales conditions, or to submit a complaint. Please note that the order
identification number must be provided for requests regarding orders that have already been placed.

SHIPMENTS
Products are normally shipped by the courier BRT. A parcel tracking service is activated
for each order.BRT delivers from Monday to Friday, from 10 am to 6 pm.
The recipient cannot request delivery on specific days or at specific times.
If the recipient is absent, the courier will leave a message slip notifying the recipient of a delivery attempt.
Two delivery attempts will be made and if both fail, the courier will redirect the parcel
to Fermopoint (for shipments in the Italian territory) or Parcel Shop (for shipments abroad).
All orders are automatically processed by the system and as such, shipping and delivery times cannot be changed.
To ensure smooth completion of the delivery operation, please provide the following:
- A correct telephone number (landline or mobile).
- A delivery address, where someone who can collect the goods is always present.
- The surname on the intercom.
UNVAGUE.IT will not be held liable for any dysfunctions of the delivery service provided by the courier.
The courier sends the customer shipping progress notifications by email/SMS.
The service is automatically activated if the email and/or telephone number(s) are correctly entered.
Please do not enter a PO BOX in the address field, as the courier may be unable
to deliver purchased goods. A physical delivery address must be provided for delivery.
In the case of deliveries at receptions/ front desks (signed by the receptionist upon collection),
UNVAGUE.IT will not be held liable for successive parcel deliveries to the final recipient.
If a destination country is not among those listed this means that product delivery is currently unavailable.
Orders cannot be sent to military bases or PO Boxes.
Shipments and deliveries
UNVAGUE.IT of 21 SAS ships to Italy and the rest of the world with BRT.
In compliance with international Import/Export laws, goods are shipped with
a proforma invoice, specifying the total value of purchased goods in Euros.
The value of each purchased item is indicated in the invoice. UNVAGUE.IT of 21 SAS
will not be held liable for shipping delays caused by weather conditions,
international customs issues or other circumstances beyond its control.
Orders will be processed for shipping from Monday to Friday, from 11:00 to 17:00 (CET).
Orders placed from Friday to Sunday or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Once the availability of goods is confirmed and the bank transfer verified,
relative orders are shipped within 48 hours from order reception.
The amounts of transactions paid for by credit card are charged as soon as
the order is processed and verified by the Bank.
In all cases UNVAGUE.IT of 21 SAS reserves the right to postpone shipping
if the order cannot be shipped for reasons beyond its control.
Please note that delays may occur during promotions and sales.
Failed delivery
If for any reason an order is not delivered due to a lack of customer cooperation
(wrong telephone number, wrong address, not address, failure to comply with import regulations),
in accordance with commercial agreements the parcel may be returned to the sender
at the Customer's expense, import taxes included. These expenses will be deducted from any refunds.
SHIPPING TIMES AND COSTS
Delivery times and shipping costs will vary according to the type of shipment.
Estimated shipping times for geographic areas are as follows:
In the case of orders placed after 1 pm (CET), at the weekend or on holidays,
an extra day will be required for delivery. The delivery of custom products may take one or two more days.
Any delivery delays may be caused by the temporary unavailability of products, courier service dysfunctions,
force majeure, public holidays or peak periods (e.g. Nov/Dec.). In case of failed delivery
(excluding Saturday and Sunday), please contact the customer service at this email address info@unvague.it

Possible delays
Payments require automatic verification by the Bank that issued the Credit Card,
which may cause a delay in the shipping of orders. Once authorised, the payment will be credited
to the current account of UNVAGUE.IT and the order will be processed as soon as possible.
Orders will be processed in chronological order, based on time of reception.
At specific times of the year, on occasion of public holidays (no courier delivery service)
and in peak seasons, which we have listed here below, order execution may
take up to 3/4 more days.

Home shipping
Check order progress at any time by accessing the My orders section in My Account.
If you haven't registered on UNVAGUE.IT, you can directly access the Orders section.
In this case you must enter your email and order code. When your order leaves our warehouse,
the courier will send you an email or SMS confirming dispatchment.
CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES
When shipping to a non-European Union country, goods may be subject to customs duties
and any sales taxes. All additional costs incurred for customs clearance are to be fully borne by the recipient.
If the customer rejects the goods or delivery fails for other reason (e.g. wrong address and/or telephone
number of recipient; repeated absence of recipient, etc.), the amount will be withheld to cover
the following expenses: "sending of goods" + "return of goods" + "customs upon return",
and charged to the recipient. The price of goods will be refunded.
Customs duties and any taxes vary according to the destination country
and are applied when goods arrive in said country. Please contact the competent
Customs Authorities of the destination country for information on duties,
any taxes and customs clearance procedures.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Right to withdraw
You have the right to withdraw from the contract without specifying the reason, within 14 days.
The withdrawal period shall end after 14 days from the day on which you or a third party other
than the carrier and designated by yourself comes into the physical possession of the purchased Item.
You are required to notify us should you decide to exercise your right of withdrawal at info@unvague.it
and withdraw from the purchase contract by means of an explicit statement. In order to comply
with withdrawal terms, simply send notification of your decision to exercise your right of withdrawal
before the end of the withdrawal period. We will notify you by email upon receiving your request to withdraw.
You are required to return the Articles in an intact state of conservation and with any
warranty seals or original labels not removed. The packaging of the Items must
be accurate, in order to protect the original wrappings from damage,
affixing of writings or labels.
In case of withdrawal from the purchase contract, your payments will be refunded
which you have made on our behalf (except for any shipping costs
for the goods received and/or other additional costs) no later than 14 days from the day
receipt of your withdrawal request. These refunds will be made
using the same means of payment you used for the original transaction,
unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
The refund will be made following the receipt of the Items in our warehouses.
After acceptance we will process the refund immediately and send you a
confirmation email to this effect.
You will be held responsible for any diminished value of the Items resulting from
a manipulation of the Articles other than that necessary to establish their nature, le
features and operation.
CONDITIONS IN THE EVENT OF WITHDRAWAL
When you exercise the right of withdrawal, you must know that:
- Returned items must not be damaged.
- The security seal and original labels must be intact, otherwise the return will not be accepted.
- The right of withdrawal does not apply: (a) in case of tailor-made or clearly customised goods
(including custom Items as per art. 4.12 here above); (b) sealed goods that are not suitable
for return for hygiene or health protection reasons and which have been opened after delivery.
For example, for hygiene purposes, briefs, thongs and culottes are fitted with a protection
system to prevent them from being tried on or used. If you wish to return such items, the label
and protective device must be intact. - As soon as we receive your parcel we will check the condition of items and will proceed with
the replacement or refund of returned items.
RETURN, EXCHANGE AND REFUND
You have 14 days from receipt of the order to change the items or request
a refund. To this end, you can request free home collection: we will take care of it
to send a courier to collect the package.
You can choose between RETURN + EXCHANGE WITH COUPON CODE or RETURN + REFUND.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR MAKING A RETURN
• Send an email to info@unvague.it specifying if you want to make a change
or a return. Unvague.it reserves the right to request, if it deems it necessary,
a photograph of the product to verify its condition in order to accept or reject the return.
• Unvague.it will send an email indicating the return number to be made
on the tag applied to the product using the guarantee seal and a copy of the
delivery note to be applied on the parcel.
• Prepare the package including the delivery note: pack the
items safely, the warranty seal must be intact and must not have been tampered with.
If possible, use the original packaging.
• The courier will go to your home to collect the package. We will send you an email to confirm
date and time slot for picking up the items. The courier will carry out a maximum of two steps:
after which the collection will have to be arranged again and the shipping costs will come to you
deducted from your refund or coupon code.
• In case of RETURN + REFUND, the refund will be made using the same method
of payment of the purchase within 3-12 working days from the date of receipt
of the package at our warehouses.
• In case of RETURN + EXCHANGE, we will issue a coupon code for the value of the goods purchased
in your name within 3-7 working days from the date of receipt of the package at i
our warehouses. The coupon code will give you the option to purchase the garment or accessory
you want in exchange for the return.
LEGAL WARRANTY
Items sold on the Website to users acting in their capacity as retail customers
(therefore extraneous to the pursuit of entrepreneurial, commercial, artisan or professional business)
are covered by the legal conformity warranty as set forth in articles 128-135 of the Consumer Code.
A nonconformity occurs when:
a) the item does not meet intended usage requirements of similar items;
b) the item differs from the description we provided on the Website and does not have the
qualities of the goods as presented to you by us, or presents defects that are much more
evident than those indicated in the product notes pertaining to the sale of second-hand products
c) the item does not present the quality and normal performance levels of goods that may be
reasonably expected of a second-hand product, considering the nature of the item and, if applicable,
public declarations on the specific characteristics of the item made by us on the Website, the manufacturer
or their agent or representative, especially in advertising or labelling;
d) the item is not suitable for your specific intended use, which you informed us of upon concluding
the contract, and which we accepted as your manifest intent.
PAYMENT
Payment methods
Check the price of each item in the online store before confirming your purchase.
UNVAGUE.IT of 21 SAS accepts the following payment methods: Paypal, Debit Card or Credit Card:
Visa, MasterCard, American Express and JCB; Visa Electron; rechargeable credit cards;
enabled Maestro debit cards. The amount shall be charged to the card when the order is concluded.
Security
All transactions are processed in a secure server, ensuring maximum protection for the data
of UNVAGUE.IT customers. UNVAGUE.IT customer service operators are not authorised in any way
to request or accept credit card numbers and/or relative validity details.
In order to ensure a greater level of protection of e-commerce purchases, UNVAGUE.IT recommends
its customers use Verified by Visa or Mastercard Securecode, requesting a PIN code so that
they can make secure purchases.
Charges made to Credit Card
If there are sufficient funds to proceed with the purchase and valid bank details are provided,
the transaction will be processed immediately.
The credit card will be charged when the purchase is made, including any pre-order placements,
even though in this case items are shipped later on in the season.
New Customers
All our new customers should note that UNVAGUE.IT may request the Bank or Paypal
to verify the transaction, also by contacting the counterparty bank. Such verification operations
may cause some delay in order shipping. UNVAGUE.IT reserves the right to request
the shipping of goods to the invoicing address of new Customers.
