HOW TO BUY


To make purchases on UNVAGUE.IT it is not necessary to be registered. By registering however
you will be entitled to a series of concessions designed specifically for you.

 


Product information
In each product sheet you will find the available size (if indicated on the label) and the suggested fit
for that garment based on the desired effect. Click on the product image to enlarge it
view all the details.

 

How to order
To purchase a product on UNVAGUE.IT:
1) click on the product and go to the product sheet
2) add the product to the cart
3) after the shopping session, click on the cart icon
4) enter your personal data, date and place of birth for non-EU customers, data of
shipping and payment
5) select one of the payment options
6) check that the information entered is correct and click on "Buy".

Within a few minutes you will receive a confirmation email with all the order details. From
at this moment our warehouse will take care of everything and as soon as the order is placed
shipped, you will receive a notification email from the courier containing a tracking link where
track the shipment.

 

 

 



PROMO CODES


With the promotional codes of UNVAGUE.IT you can access promotions and initiatives
exclusives. To receive the Promotional Codes you will need to subscribe to the Newsletter. When you arrive
at the cart summary*, click on "Apply promotional code"
To take advantage of a promotion, enter the code in the appropriate field of the cart and done
click "APPLY". If the code is invalid, check the dates from the newsletter received
of validity and the categories to which the promotion applies.
Continuing items and items already on sale are excluded from the promotions.

Purchase of items
On the site's virtual shop, vintage and second-hand garments and accessories are on sale, which
they may have some signs of wear given by time. In almost all cases,
since these are products already owned, each garment or accessory is a unique piece,
for which there are no alternatives in size, color or material. Verify
carefully the characteristics of the products that interest you in the product sheets first
to confirm your purchase.

 


Prices and payment methods
Check the price of each item on the site before confirming your purchase. The
purchases can be paid for by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro,
CartaSì, American Express o JCB), PayPal e Paypal Express.

 


Customer service
You can contact our customer service for assistance, make complaints,
receive information on products, orders, shipments, conditions of sale, etc. It is specified
that for requests relating to orders placed it is essential to provide the number
order identifier. You can contact customer service by email at
info@unvague.it.

SHIPPING AND RETURNS


SHIPMENTS


The shipment of the products is carried out via the BRT courier. A service of
parcel tracking is active for each order.
BRT delivers from Monday to Friday, from 10.00 to 18.00. The recipient cannot
request delivery on specific days or times. In case of absence of the addressee, the
courier will leave a notice of passage through a label affixed to the home.
Delivery will be attempted twice: in case of failure, the courier will proceed to
redirect the package to the Fermopoint (for shipments in Italy) or Parcel
Shop (for shipments abroad) closest to your home. 
All orders are processed automatically by the system, therefore it is not possible
change shipping and delivery times.
To facilitate the resolution of the delivery procedure during the order, it is essential:
1. Indicate a correct telephone number (fixed or mobile number).
2. Indicate a delivery address where there is always someone who can
collect the goods.
3. Always specify the surname on the interphone.

 


UNVAGUE.IT is not responsible for any malfunctions in the delivery service from
part of the courier.

 


The courier informs the customer via e-mail or SMS about the status of the shipment. The
service is activated automatically if the relevant field is filled in correctly
to the e-mail address and/or telephone number. It is not possible to insert a PO BOX in the
address field, as the courier would be unable to deliver the goods
purchased. Therefore, a physical delivery address must be entered.
In the case of deliveries made at the reception/porter's lodge (with signature for collection by
of the receptionist), UNVAGUE.IT will not be held responsible for subsequent failures
deliveries of the package to the final recipient.
If a destination country does not appear among those listed, it means that it is not currently
the delivery of the products is foreseen in this country.
It will not be possible to send orders to military bases or mailboxes.



Shipping and deliveries
UNVAGUE.IT of 21 SAS ships all over the world and in Italy via BRT. In accordance
with the international laws of Import/Export, the shipped goods are accompanied by a
proforma invoice in which the total value of the goods purchased in Euros is declared.
The invoice shows the value of each single item purchased. UNVAGUE.IT of the 21
SAS cannot be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by
weather conditions, international customs matters or other extraneous circumstances
under your control.

Orders are processed for shipment Monday through Friday
from 11:00 to 17:00 (CET). Orders placed from Friday to Sunday or on days
holidays will be processed on the first available working day.
Orders relating to available goods, subject to confirmation of the availability of the goods e
verification of the bank transaction, they are shipped within 48 hours of receipt
of the order. The amount of transactions made by credit card is charged
immediately when the order is processed and following a check
of the transaction by the Bank.
In all cases, UNVAGUE.IT della 21 SAS reserves the right to postpone the shipment if
the order cannot be shipped for reasons beyond your control. Please
note that during promotions and sales, shipments may be delayed.


Delivery failure
If for any reason, an order is not delivered due to lack of cooperation from
part of the customer (wrong phone number, wrong address, no address, no
compliance with import regulations), as per trade agreements, the parcel could
be returned to the sender at the customer's expense, including import taxes. These
expenses will be deducted from any refund.

 

 


SHIPPING TIMES


Delivery times and shipping costs will vary according to the type of shipment. From
Below are the estimated shipping times by geographic area:

In the case of orders placed after 13:00 (CET), on weekends or public holidays, the
delivery will take one more day.
For customized products, delivery may take an extra day or two.
Any delivery delays may be caused by the temporary unavailability of the
products, from malfunctions in the service by the courier, from causes of force majeure, in
in the event of public holidays or in periods of intense traffic (e.g. Nov/Dec).
In case of non-delivery (excluding Saturdays and Sundays), please contact the
customer service at the email address info@unvague.it.

Possible Delays
Payments require automatic verification by the Bank that issued the Card
Credit, this verification may cause a delay in shipping your orders.
Once authorized, the payment will be credited to the current account of UNVAGUE.IT e
the order will be processed as soon as possible.


Orders will be processed in chronological order, based on the times of receipt.
In specific periods of the year, on public holidays (during which the couriers are not
make shipments) and in times of great traffic of orders, which we have listed of
below, order fulfillment times may be delayed by up to 3/4 days:
• 1st and 6th January
• Easter and Easter Monday
• 25 April
• May 1
• June 2nd
• August 15th
• November 1st
• December
• Black Friday, flash offers, sales etc...

Consult the order status at any time by entering the My Orders section in Il
my account. If you have not registered on UNVAGUE.IT, you can log in
directly to the Orders section. In this case you will need to enter your email address and code
of the order. Also, when your order has left our warehouses, the courier will dispatch you
an e-mail or SMS confirming shipment.

 

 

 


CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES


In case of shipment addressed to a country not belonging to the European Union, the
goods may be subject to the imposition of customs duties and any taxes on the
sale. Any additional charges relating to customs clearance will be exclusively at your expense
of the recipient. In case of refusal of the goods by the customer or non-delivery
for other reasons (e.g. incorrect address and/or telephone number of the recipient; repeated absence
addressee, etc.) the amount will be withheld to cover the following expenses: "sending
goods" + "return of goods" + "customs for return" and charged to the recipient. It will be instead
refunded the price of the goods.
Customs duties and any taxes vary according to the country of destination and are
applied upon arrival of the goods in the country itself. For related information
the amount of duties and any taxes, and the customs clearance methods
goods, it is advisable to contact the competent Customs Offices of the country of destination.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

You have the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving reasons, within 14 days. The period
of withdrawal expires after 14 days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier and you
designated, you acquire physical possession of the purchased Item. 

 

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you are required to inform us by email at 
info@unvague.it  of your decision to withdraw from the purchase contract through
an explicit statement. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send
the communication relating to the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the deadline
of the indicated period. Upon receipt of the withdrawal request, we will send you a confirmation
receipt by email.

 

You are required to return the Articles in an intact state of conservation and with any
warranty seals or original labels not removed. The packaging of the Items must
be accurate, in order to protect the original wrappings from damage,
affixing of writings or labels.

 

In case of withdrawal from the purchase contract, your payments will be refunded
which you have made on our behalf (except for any shipping costs
for the goods received and/or other additional costs) no later than 14 days from the day
receipt of your withdrawal request. These refunds will be made
using the same means of payment you used for the original transaction,
unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

 

The refund will be made following the receipt of the Items in our warehouses.
Upon acceptance, we will process your refund immediately and send you an email
confirmation to that effect.


You will be held responsible for any diminished value of the Items resulting from
a manipulation of the Articles other than that necessary to establish their nature, le
features and operation.

 

 

 

 

RETURN/WITHDRAWAL CONDITIONS

When exercising the right of withdrawal, you must know that:
• Returned items must not have been damaged.
• The security seal and original labels must be intact, otherwise
the return will not be accepted.

The right of withdrawal is excluded in the following cases provided for by the Consumer Code:
•  supply of made-to-measure or clearly personalized goods
(including Personalized Items) 
• supply of sealed goods which cannot be returned for hygienic reasons
or related to health protection and were opened after delivery.
Therefore, for example, for reasons of hygiene, briefs, thongs and culottes
they are equipped with a protection system which prevents them from being tried or used.
If you wish to return this type of item, you must keep the label and the
protective device.

 

 

 


RETURN, EXCHANGE AND REFUND

You have 14 days from receipt of the order to exchange the items or request
a refund. To this end, you can request free home collection: we will take care of it
to send a courier to collect the package.

You can choose between  RESO + EXCHANGE WITH COUPON CODE O RETURN + REFUND.

 

 

 

 

 RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

  • Send an email to info@unvague.it  specifying if you want to make a change
    or a return. Unvague.it reserves the right to request, if deemed necessary, a photograph of the product to verify its condition in order to accept or reject the return.
  • Unvague.it will send an email indicating the return number to be applied to the tag applied to the product using the guarantee seal and a copy of the delivery note to be applied to the package.
  • Prepare the package including the delivery note: pack the items securely, the warranty seal must be intact and must not have been tampered with.
    If possible, use the original packaging.
  • The courier will go to your home to collect the package. We will send you an email to confirm a date and time slot for picking up the items. The courier will carry out a maximum of two steps: after which the collection will have to be organized again and the shipping costs will be paid to you
    deducted from your refund or coupon code.
  • In case of RETURN + REFUND, the refund will be made using the same method
    of payment of the purchase within 3-12 working days from the date of receipt
    of the package at our warehouses.
  • In case of RETURN + EXCHANGE, we will issue a coupon code for the value of the goods purchased
    in your name within 3-7 working days from the date of receipt of the package at i
    our warehouses. The coupon code will give you the option to purchase the garment or accessory
    you want in exchange for the return.

 




LEGAL WARRANTY


Items sold on the Site to users acting as consumers (i.e. to
purposes unrelated to the entrepreneurial, commercial, craft or professional activity
possibly carried out) are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity pursuant to articles
128-135 of the Consumer Code.
There is a lack of conformity if:
a) the item is not suitable for the use for which goods of the same type are normally used;
b) the item does not conform to the description given by us on the Site and does not possess the qualities
of the good that we have presented to you or has defects that are much more evident than those indicated
in the product notes and relating to the sale of second-hand products
c) the item does not have the usual quality and performance of a good you can
reasonably to expect from a second-hand product, given its nature
of the article and, where appropriate, public statements on the specific characteristics
of the item made by us on the Site, by the manufacturer or its agent or representative, in
particularly in advertising or on labelling;
d) the article is not suitable for the particular use you wished to, which you have brought to
our knowledge at the time of conclusion of the contract and that we have
accepted even for conclusive facts.

 

 

 

 

PAYMENT

PAYMENT METHODS

Check the cost of each item in the virtual shop before confirming your purchase.

UNVAGUE.IT della 21 SAS accepts the following payment methods: Paypal, Card
Debit or Credit: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and JCB; Visa Electron; cards of
rechargeable credit; Maestro ATMs enabled. The amount will be charged to the card al
completion of the order.
Safety

All transactions are processed through a secure server, guaranteeing UNVAGUE.IT customers
maximum data protection. The operators of the Customer Service of UNVAGUE.IT are not in
in no way authorized to request or accept credit card numbers and/or contact details
validity thereof.

In order to ensure greater protection on purchases made in the e-commerce field,
UNVAGUE.IT recommends its Customers to join the Verified By Visa services or
Mastercard Securecode, requesting a PIN security code with which to make payments
your purchases in complete safety.

Credit Card Charges
If the existing funds are sufficient for the purchase and the bank details provided are valid, the
transaction will be processed instantly.
The credit card used will be charged at the time of purchase even in the case of
pre-order, although those items ship later in the season.

New Customers
We wish to remind our new customers that UNVAGUE.IT can apply to the Bank or
Paypal to verify the transaction, also by contacting the counterparty bank. Such verification
it may cause some delay in shipping your order. UNVAGUE.IT reserves the
right to ask new Customers to ship the goods to the billing address
